Privacy Statement for Unified Messaging Systems ASA

Your trust is of great importance to us, and Unified Messaging Systems ASA is therefore committed to protect your privacy.

Unified Messaging Systems ASA, as the Data Processor, is authorized to process personal information, and must ensure that personal data is processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) rules, applicable to all European countries including Norway (as part of the EEA).

When you use our services, Unified Messaging Systems ASA is the responsible Data Processor and you are provided with one single point of contact regarding how we process your personal data.

3. What kind of information do we collect?

Information you provide to us

We store information when you send us an email or provide feedback through our services. We also store information that you register yourself in a comment box, a form or similar entities on our webpages.

We collect information about which of our websites you visit.

We enter into data processing agreements with those we share information with, that limits access to use of the information and determines obligations to comply with applicable privacy laws. 6. How can you manage, correct or delete information?

You can contact us if you wish to delete your information. We do not store personal information beyond the statutory duties we have.

When deleting cookies - note that you must follow the same process on all browsers you use and / or different computers or devices.

7. About children's privacy

As a rule, we do not want to collect or treat personal data about children under the age of 16 at any point, except when children with Facebook account comment on articles.

There are separate monitoring procedures for these comments. If children under the age of 16 have provided us with personal information in other contexts, we will delete the information as soon as we become aware of the relationship. Guardians can contact us as specified below.
